All the information you provide to Salon Bobbi and Guy (bobbiandguy.com) are strictly private and confidential. Salon Bobbi and Guy will not disclose details to any third party without your express written consent.

Ordering Information

At this time, Salon Bobbi and Guy only accepts orders made through the online store's order system. All payments including shipping and handling fees must be made through PayPal. Salon Bobbi and Guy does not accept (international) money transfers.

Payment Methods

Salon Bobbi and Guy accepts credit card or debit card payments through the secure online payment company PayPal.

During PayPal's checkout, the shipping information address should match your billing address to show status as “Confirmed”. If “Ship To” address is different, you may note in the “Notes / Instructions” box the address where you would like your order shipped).

Shipping Method

Salon Bobbi and Guy will ship your order via United States Postal Service (USPS) -- Priority or First Class mail. Orders will be insured only upon request and fees applied to customer. Salon Bobbi and Guy will aim to process every order within one business day. You will be notified of the status of your order when it is received (together with payment). We will send you an e-mail tracking number/ confirmation at time of shipment. Shipping times depend on the respective carrier. Salon Bobbi and Guy cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. We will notify you promptly if an item is backordered with an expected date, and you may choose to wait for the backorder (normal backorders can be 1- 2 weeks), or you may choose to cancel your order at which time we will promptly send you a refund.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are not included within the price of the goods unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates apply to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We apologize that at this time, we do not ship to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available -- please e-mail us at info@bobbiandguy.com for exact rates.

Ship to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to multiple addresses at this time. Only one delivery address per order is allowed.

Tracking Your Order

You may track your order by e-mailing one of our customer care associates at info@bobbiandguy.com. Please include your name and order number in the email.

Prices

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Sales Tax

Salon Bobbi and Guy is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. All orders shipped within Hawaii will be charged the general excise tax (4.712% for Oahu, 4.166% for all other counties), as required by State law.

Returns

We at Salon Bobbi and Guy, want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept your returned orders for a refund within 14 days after receipt of your order. No returns or refunds will be allowed after 14 days. Items must be returned in saleable condition with original labels, wrappings and tags. Please insure package for the full value.

To make a return, please e-mail us at info@bobbiandguy.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Make sure to include your name, order number, and a brief description of the problem. You will need to have an RMA number before any returns or refunds will be accepted.

Please allow 2-4 business days after your items are received before your refund is processed.

Important: All shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
